Subprocessors
Last updated: April 24, 2026
This page lists third-party subprocessors that may process Customer Data for the MightyBot enterprise AI agent platform. Website-only tools, such as website analytics, business visitor identification, and scheduling widgets, are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and are not listed here unless they process platform Customer Data.
Customer agreements, data processing agreements, security exhibits, or order forms may include additional or different subprocessor commitments. If a written customer agreement conflicts with this page, the written agreement controls for that customer.

Customer Data
Subprocessors may process Customer Data only as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, or improve the Services, or as otherwise authorized by the relevant customer agreement. Customer-directed integrations are controlled by the customer that enables them.
AI Model Providers
MightyBot may route Customer Data to AI model providers when needed for customer-configured workflows. The specific providers used can depend on customer configuration, workflow needs, availability, performance, contractual requirements, and security requirements.
Unless a customer separately authorizes it in writing, MightyBot does not use Customer Data to train generalized or shared foundation models.
Changes to Subprocessors
MightyBot may update this page as vendors, product capabilities, infrastructure, or customer requirements change. Customer agreements may provide additional notice rights for new subprocessors.
