Tagging emails

You can create a rule to match MightyBot emails with the subject lines, "Meeting Summary" and "Meeting Prep" and have them tagged and archived (skipped index) but they are still available in their respective folders. Highly recommend you set that up to keep your inbox clean from MightyBot emails sent to you.

  1. Create two Labels, “Meeting Summaries” and “Meeting Prep”
  2. Next create two gmail filters on subject line matching, "Meeting Summary" and "Meeting Prep" and tag them, then set to archive (skip index). This will keep your inbox clean. You can find this by clicking the Filter icon on the right side of the Gmail search bar, or Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner. Then select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu. Next click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab and you will see a list of all your active filters.
