Adding MightyBot to Meetings

Though MightyBot joins meetings automatically once you’ve connected your Calendar, you can also manually invite MightyBot to meetings by clicking the button. And add MightyBot to your meetings by entering the URL for your Google Meet or Zoom meeting. Once added, MightyBot will join the session, enabling features like automatic meeting summaries, capturing action items, and organizing key discussion points for easy access later.

In MightyBot Extension Settings > Meetings & Summaries, you can control MightyBot's participation by excluding it from internal meetings or blocking it from specific customer domains. This feature ensures MightyBot only joins the sessions you want and maintains privacy for sensitive discussions.
