MightyBot Wingman

MightyBot Wingman acts as an AI assistant in your meetings, joining in real time to answer questions about the ongoing discussion and provide relevant insights based on the conversation. It also allows users to conduct internet research directly from the meeting, giving instant access to external information that can enhance decision-making and engagement.

To activate and use the Wingman feature in MightyBot for meeting assistance, follow these steps:

1. Join your Meeting: Start by joining your meeting via Google Meet or Zoom.

2. Open MightyBot Extension: In your Chrome browser, open the MightyBot extension.

3. Activate Wingman Mode: On the Home tab of MightyBot, click the blue Wingman button to enable Wingman Mode for the ongoing meeting.

4. Select Meeting Option: After clicking the Wingman button, you’ll see options to either join the current meeting or enter a meeting URL to get started.

5. Admit MightyBot: MightyBot may request to join your meeting if it's not already admitted. Ensure the bot is allowed in.

6. Wingman Mode Activated: Once admitted, Wingman Mode is activated within the MightyBot extension.

7. Interact with Your Wingman: You can now ask MightyBot anything about the ongoing meeting. Examples include:

“What are the key objections or concerns?”
“What are the main points or actions from the last few minutes?”
“Can you summarize the speaker’s main argument?”
