MightyBot enhances your meeting experience by automatically joining, recording, transcribing, and analyzing your calls. It provides you with pre-meeting and post-meeting summaries, ensuring you are always well-prepared and informed.

How to Set Up

1. In order for meetings to properly be transcribed, you will need to connect all your Google apps. If you use Slack, connect Slack to index Slack data and automatically send Slack messages. If you use a CRM, connect either Hubspot or Salesforce.

What will you see:

1. MightyBot will automatically invite itself to all of your scheduled meetings.

2. MightyBot will send you a Pre-meeting summary for every external meeting, researching their company, participants’ backgrounds, and recent news.

3. MightyBot will automatically joins your meetings on Google Meet

4. If you are using Zoom, MightyBot will first time ask for recording permission, Click Allow recording to allow for the same. 

5. After finishing the meeting you will receive a post-meeting summary via email. This can be personalized by sending an email to support@mightybot.ai

6. Along with the summary you will receive the transcript doc and MP4 meeting recording in your Google Drive folder.

7. You also can access your meeting Transcript and MP4 recording in your calendar with the event
