Slack Notifications

MightyBot offers seamless Slack integration to keep you informed and in control. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Connect Slack

1. Go to the Connect Apps section in MightyBot settings.
2. Link your Slack app.
3. By connecting, you authorize Slack to send notifications through MightyBot's Slack app.

Step 2: Types of Notifications

Once connected, you'll receive three types of notifications:

1. Pre-Meeting Briefs
   • Get a quick summary of your upcoming meetings to prepare effectively.
2. Post-Meeting Summaries
   • Receive an overview of what happened after your meetings.
3. Interactive Slack Alerts
   • MightyBot will send actionable prompts to:
     • Save new contacts to Salesforce.
     • Add meeting notes.
     • Draft and send follow-up emails.
   • Respond with Allow or Deny to control the next steps.
