Meeting Preferences

Go to Settings and select the "Meeting & Summaries" tab. Here you'll find two important options to configure:

1. Internal Meeting Settings
   • Look for the toggle switch for MightyBot to join internal meetings
   • Switch it ON to allow MightBot to automatically join your internal meetings
   • Switch it OFF to prevent MightyBot from joining
2. External Domain Settings
   • Find the "Exclude external domains" option
   • Use this setting to specify which external domains MightyBot should not join for meetings

These preferences help you control when and where MightyBot participates in your meetings.
